1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and content offered by

  • Concert and project inquiries

  • Newsletter subscription

  • Contact requests

There is no automated booking or payment system on this website.

All agreements are made individually via email or personal communication.

2. Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded once:

  • a request has been made

  • an offer has been confirmed in writing

  • and both parties agree to the terms

Retreat registrations become binding once confirmed via email.

3. Prices and Payment

Retreat prices are published on the website and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Prices for individual services such as lessons, concerts or custom projects are communicated personally.

Payment terms (e.g. deposit or full payment) are agreed upon individually and confirmed in writing.

4. Retreat Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • up to 2 months before the start: free of charge

  • 2 to 1 month before the start: 30% of the total price

  • 30 to 14 days before the start: 50% of the total price

  • 14 days or less before the start: 100% of the total price

Replacement participants may be accepted upon prior agreement.

5. Changes and Cancellation by Organizer

Johann Immanuel reserves the right to change or cancel retreats or individual program elements due to important reasons (e.g. illness, force majeure or unforeseen circumstances).

In such cases, payments already made will be refunded.

Further claims are excluded.

6. Liability

Participation in retreats, lessons and events is at your own responsibility.

Johann Immanuel is not liable for:

  • personal belongings

  • health-related risks

  • accidents outside his responsibility

  • force majeure or unforeseen changes

Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

7. Newsletter and Data Protection

Newsletter subscription is voluntary.

Personal data is handled confidentially and not shared with third parties.

8. Governing Law

German law applies.

Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany, where legally permissible.

Auf dieser Website gibt es kein automatisches Buchungs- oder Zahlungssystem.

Alle Buchungen und Vereinbarungen erfolgen individuell per E-Mail oder nach persönlicher Absprache.

2. Vertragsabschluss

Ein Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn:

  • eine Anfrage (z. B. für ein Retreat, Unterricht oder ein Konzert) gestellt wird

  • ein Angebot von Johann Immanuel schriftlich bestätigt wird

  • und beide Seiten dem Angebot zustimmen

Die Anmeldung zu einem Retreat ist verbindlich, sobald sie schriftlich bestätigt wurde (per E-Mail).

3. Preise und Zahlung

Die Preise für Handpan Retreats sind auf der Website veröffentlicht.

Alle angegebenen Preise verstehen sich inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer, sofern nicht anders angegeben.

Preise für individuelle Leistungen wie Unterricht, Konzerte oder Projekte werden persönlich kommuniziert.

Die Zahlungsmodalitäten (z. B. Anzahlung oder vollständige Zahlung) werden im Rahmen der jeweiligen Buchung vereinbart und schriftlich bestätigt.

4. Stornierungsbedingungen für Retreats

Eine Stornierung der Retreat-Teilnahme muss schriftlich per E-Mail erfolgen.

Es gelten folgende Stornierungsbedingungen:

  • bis 2 Monate vor Beginn: kostenfreie Stornierung

  • 2 bis 1 Monat vor Beginn: 30 % der Gesamtsumme

  • 30 bis 14 Tage vor Beginn: 50 % der Gesamtsumme

  • ab 14 Tage vor Beginn: 100 % der Gesamtsumme

Das Stellen einer Ersatzperson ist nach vorheriger Absprache möglich.

5. Änderungen und Ausfall

Johann Immanuel behält sich vor, Retreats oder einzelne Programmpunkte aus wichtigen Gründen (z. B. Krankheit, höhere Gewalt oder unvorhersehbare Umstände) zu ändern oder abzusagen.

In diesem Fall wird eine bereits geleistete Zahlung zurückerstattet.

Weitergehende Ansprüche bestehen nicht.

6. Haftung

Die Teilnahme an Retreats, Unterricht und Veranstaltungen erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung.

Johann Immanuel haftet nicht für:

  • persönliche Gegenstände

  • gesundheitliche Risiken

  • Unfälle außerhalb des eigenen Verantwortungsbereichs

  • höhere Gewalt oder kurzfristige Änderungen

Es wird empfohlen, eigenverantwortlich für einen ausreichenden Versicherungsschutz zu sorgen.

7. Newsletter und Datenschutz

Die Anmeldung zum Newsletter erfolgt freiwillig.

Persönliche Daten werden vertraulich behandelt und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.

8. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

Gerichtsstand ist Hamburg, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
